I got a package sent to my house and didn’t get it and the last time I got a package sent to me she dropped it off at someone house and I had my address on it I was lucky that the person came to my house and gave it to me something needs to be done about this

I found the postmaster to be very helpful when I had a question about mailing a package and our rural carrier is great!!!

The lady that works in there is rude! Received a card in my mail box from Sat that there was package to be picked up. When I tried to explain what I was needing I was quickly cut off and was told she hadn't had a chance to put mail out yet. I needed this package this morning. She went on to inform me that she couldn't get anything done because people kept checking in. I once again tried to explain what I needed and she wouldn't listen. Was told to come back after 1. This is just unexceptable. Maybe they should have more hours on Sat besides 1 hr. At e they shouldn't get a 2 hr lunch. They should utilize part of that lunch to catch up. Have had repeated problems with our mail. Will not accept mail to Street address so use Street address plus box # like I was told by the staff. Well they still send my mail back. Asked for them to add my Street address to the route that I was putting a mailbox at end of driveway and was told they can't do that but yet the post man run just one street over. It's not like he would have to drive miles out of his way. One street over! Really! Wouldn't even do it since I'm handicapped!

I've had nothing but issues with the postmaster and my mail. Packages get marked as delivered when they haven't been delivered! Here it is 3 days later and NO PACKAGES! Not even a slip left in my mailbox saying I had packages that couldn't be delivered TO ME due to weather etc. I have had numerous issues similar to this and the postmaster just blows it off and makes excuses.

I sent a card to my grandson Monday and it is Thursday and he still doesn't have it. He lives 2hrs. Away. Not sure why it is taking so long. Does anybody have the answer. I mailed a card to my granddaughter from Anna and she lives in different state and got it three days. Well .it is Saturday and still no card. I won't mail anything out of coben Illinois again.
