Other cable providers in the area had regular network problems and downtime, so it has been a welcome change that MTC has had only a couple minutes of downtime in the last few years. I've had one issue, from the time I called support to a tech in my house and equipment repaired was 40 minutes. There's nothing negative to say about MTC ?”

When we do it is usually due to storm taking out a pole, or upgrading the system. It usually has been a short time when it does happen.”
