Received a rude call from the carrier today from the moment I answered the phone. Earlier online I had chosen one specific package be delivered to my back door. I would later regret this when the carrier called at 8:30a only to have the manager Carrie tag team the call “because I want a package held until Wednesday” I was confused as to why they said that when I only specified the location of package. When defending my choice, I was interrupted several times by both ladies who not allow me to speak. I have never received such crude, disrespectful, or unprofessional treatment by a company on this level, in my 20+ years working in customer service. Very disappointed that I wasn’t treated with basic human kindness and decency. This is my first public complaint I’ve ever posted in my lifetime and pray it’s the last. A follow-up apology call would have been too much I suppose.

Terrible service. Mail always going to the wrong house. Folds bigger envelopes in half and stuffs them in the mail box, thrown packages on the porch. Worst mail carrier ever in my opinion.

Wouldn't normally please a review for a post office but saw this one had only 2 stars for some reason. I used to live in Chicago where there would always be a long line to talk to rude employees at the post office. Here in Colfax there's never a line, the employees are always friendly and have even helped me carry large packages to my car before. How this had 2 stars is beyond me. This post office location is amazing.

Was not notified I had to sign for the package, and I wasn't home for it either. They delivered it minutes before the office is closed , so now I have to wait an extra two days to get it.
