“When you wreck your car, it seems like the world is stacked against you. And then you go to Southside's Allstar, and things just get better. These folks were amazing, from the front desk to the estimator to the folks that fixed my car. They were all super friendly, got me in quick and got me out quick. Now all that is well and good, but what matters is what kind of work did they do. And they nailed it. They matched the color so good, you can't even tell there was any damage. They've been around for many years, in the same location, so that should tell you something. I was so impressed with the entire process. And, again, my car looks like nothing ever happened. “Quick service time, dropped my car off after an accident where the door needed to be replaced and in about a week it was ready to go, when I went to pick up my vehicle it was cleaned inside and out which I was not expecting. My car was drivable so the time between my accident and awaiting for the estimate/part, the shop helped me get my window up (it was stuck after the accident) so I could still utilize my vehicle. Great work and customer service all around!”
