Things got complicated when there was disagreement between the adjuster and our contractor about the scope of coverage—specifically, whether the siding on our 20-year-old house qualified for full replacement. That's when my local agent, Keith Wolf, stepped in and made all the difference. He personally joined the conversation, carefully listened to the details from both sides, and advocated strongly on our behalf. His office worked diligently to persuade the adjuster to approve full-house siding replacement, which was a huge relief and the right outcome.
From that point on, the rest of the repair process on the insurance side went swimmingly—no more hurdles, just prompt payments and clear communication. Keith and his team truly went above and beyond to support us during a stressful time. I can't thank them enough for their expertise, responsiveness, and genuine care. “Service from Katherine and Sue was great. State Farm overall has become a waste of money. Anytime you use your coverage, the premiums increase. I only filed 1 claim for hail damage. I moved to TX and had to switch offices and the premium went up 30 more dollars. I have been with State Farm for years. This is insane. I was able to get the same coverage thru Progressive for close to the same amount I was paying in IL.”
