Neily was a very kind worker if it wasn’t for her I don’t think I would be able to fix the issue on my phone other stores would just tell me to call customer service but when I came in this store she treated me kind and respectfully and help me solved my issue on my phone

If I could rate zero stars, I would. Tried to purchase a cellphone from this store and the lady working there today at 743pm would not sale me the phone. I input my bankcard and chose credit. She then hit cancel on the machine. She then stated I can call my bank and cancel the payment. First of all I have more than enough money to cover a 260 purchase. Why would I cancel the payment I am making a purchase not trying to steal. Second her friend/family member came in the store and asked her what time she was going to be done.(In Spanish I don't think they knew I could understand them) She told her friend in 5 minutes. Her friend left and came back in 5 minutes and she was not done. After the lady refused my payment method, her and her friend proceeded to talk about me in Spanish as I was leaving the store. I told them you know I can understand you. I have never been so insulted while trying to make a purchase. The lady there at 743pm today should be suspended. She should also be required to take classes for discrimination and customer service prior to returning to work. That encounter made me not want to make any purchases from Boost. This was a horrible experience. Beware. She will discriminate against you based on your looks. If her friend/family is there, she will also talk about you to her friend.

i was recently a new sign up customer i was helped by Erica a very professional and efficient employee who serviced multiple customers at once and stayed on task when it came to each of us.. i will be returning to get a few more accessories n another line very satisfied and happy with my phone now n my new bluetooth boom box definitely recommend the boom box thanks again Erica!!(:

Girl was not wearing mask and had no idea how to do a smart pay lease for phone nor did the manager. Ended up going to Walmart and buying the phone much cheaper than in store. Also they want to charge an activation fee, do it yourself online and save yourself the $$
