0 stars. Attempted to rent 24' truck. Vehicle #926030 left in it. Got home to load and realized it was soaked in the back from the rain. Leaking heavily where our things should be stored for transit. Upon return attempt no personnel in the office. Waiting over 30 minutes for a full refund. Employee/manager is rude, lazy and inconsiderate.

Check in and out went well but the truck itself had definitely seen better days, check engine light was on the entire time and boy did it shake rattle and roll

This place deserves zero stars. Unhelpful and has completely ruined our moving plans. Making a reservation is USELESS. Do not come to this location and save yourself a huge headache. 100 dollars in cab fair wasted bc these employees do not have their stuff together. Thanks for nothing!

Worst truck rental experience in my life!First didn't actually have truck I rented. No calls emails or texts. I show up - no truck. They send me to another location that has the truck. Took 2 hours to move reservation. Call customer service 2 hour wait for someone who can make decision. I reserve and pay for truck for 2 days, Budget changes it to one day and then charges me for an extra day. Then after dozens of calls refuses to fix their mistake. Also truck was a POC.

Rented a moving truck 45 days in advance and showed up to pick it up and they said they didn't have one and had no clue if or when they could get one. Don't rent a moving truck here.

Reserved a 26ft truck over a week in advance for a one way move. Got to the location on move day and they didnt have a truck. Closest truck was over 4 hours away. The man at the front says they really dont rent trucks during the winter, yet I was able to do it online and no one called during the over a week since reservation. We had already hired and paid for help, offered through the budget website, and could not get that money back. He offered me 16 ft, which would not fit our needs, and said that it was not their fault. No ownership for THEIR mistake and no help either. Will never go through them again. Luckily, Uhaul saved our butts. Save yourself the hassle, Stay away from budget!!!!!!!!

If there was an option to give negative stars this place would get it. Had a truck reserved and called several days in advance to confirm the truck was ready and received an email the day of confirming the truck was ready to go. Drove all the way there and to my surprise no truck was ready. The man at the desk told me I could have a truck double the size that would cost way more in gas as we are moving states away and this has completely messed up our plans. I guess having a reservation means absolutely NOTHING!!!! They also offered the truck that was double the size (and double the price in gas to get to our destination at no additional charge from budget) then proceeded to tell me it was reserved for someone the following day and they were happy to screw those people over who would be waiting for that truck. What poor customer service. He explained he couldn't help with a discount for our inconvenience that I would have to call customer service. If I had rented a car he could give me a free rental and discount for next time but no help for a truck rental. So I called customer service who transferred me several times and finally said a customer service specialist would call to give my discount. Waited 45 minutes for a return call from a manager with inventory who couldn't help me and said I had to call customer service. So went through that deal all over again just to wind up getting no help at all. They offered for me to pick up a truck at a destination completely out of my way. That Defeats the purpose of reserving at the location I did. Then not provide a discount for the inconvenience caused.The manager "Mike" said that I could take the truck they offered me that was much larger and they might give me a discount when I get to my destination but no way were they giving me a discount for my inconvenience now. They do not care that they screw people. No one will help you. They gave me an email for corporate since their million dollar business doesn't have a Corporate phone number. Please save yourself a tremendous amount of hassle and do not book with budget or Avis. It will be the worst experience to say the least.

Reserving a truck doesn't mean a thing. We showed up before 8am for our pick up and there was no truck. We were told we were "supposed to get a call but i forgot". We went into the uhaul up the road, showed them our reservation and picked up a truck within the hour for a slightly lower price. This is not the type of business where missing reservations and "I forgot" cut it. People are planning their moves based on these reservations.

Came in early (0800) to see if we could pick up early. Had nothing, didn't offer to call another office and then went on to tell us our original reservation time 10:00 would not be honored. Do yourself a favor rent elsewhere.

Needed a last minute car rental. Small shop, but thankfully they had a car. When we arrived to drop off, there was a sign on the door stating they would be back. They store had barely been open 45 minutes and the person was gone. If one person is going to work a location, they should not be closing less than an hour after opening. Unacceptable.

Do not bother making a reservation for a moving truck. The system will take reservation, but they cannot guarantee which location you pick up! When you pay by the mile also, this is kinda a big deal! So “my logic” to use words of the local worker, whom I visited with this am to try and confirm my reservation with(since local phone number never answers)we have a small window of time in which to move and two closing appointments to go to, driving another 20 minutes to pick up a truck will not work! I do not need this stress! Luckily, a nice pastor was sitting down waiting to return his car with Avis at same location, stated two blocks down has a nice Uhaul place! Thank goodness I checked before I needed it and thank God for putting this nice man at this location and giving me an alternative!

Reserved a truck for 9am; when we got there, we were told there were no trucks and that we would have to wait until they got one in. Tried to contact budget to transfer the reservation to a different location and it took 3 hours of getting transferred around on their national call center to learn that the only truck available was 2 hours away. I'd like to say you get what you pay for but we didn't even get what we paid for this time.
