I miss the Bank of Edwardsville. If you got locked out of your account on a weekend, Bank of Edwardsville had someone you could call to get help outside of normal business hours.All of you who said you were leaving Busey, where did you go? Do they have someone to help with major problems on weekends?

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I tried calling & leaving a voicemail multiple times to discuss an overdraft letter I received & was never contacted back. Overdraft fees are through the roof & they are not willing to work with you. I have been a member since 2010 when it was still bank of Edwardsville but since the swap to Busey it has been a total nightmare. Do not give them your money. 10/10 would not recommend.

Poor experience doing a mortgage loan with this bank. Recommend using a different bank because of the hoops they make you jump through compared to other Banks I've used in the past.

I wish I could give less than 1 star... it is too high. I was with the Bank of Edwardsville so I didn't choose Busey. What they did during the switch was bad enough and when I voiced my dissatisfaction they were all "give us a chance because we have been around for such a long time and our service is exceptional"...yes it is - exceptionally bad. It has been a year and the majority of the time you can never get through on the phone, their hours of operation are not convenient for someone who has a 9-5 job, their ATM's are frequently not working. The only positive thing I can say is that I personally haven't had a problem with the online site in several months but from what I read of the other reviews others are not so lucky. So disappointed... I miss the Bank of Edwardsville terribly!

I like the bank so for I haven't had any one rude to yet. Their not the Bank of Edwardsville, but they're new right now. I'm going to give them a chance, before I judge them. I'm glad to see some of the faces I use to see. I hope all goes for the customers and the staff. Let's concentrate on getting along and try to be loving because it's so much going on. I just hope everything thing at the bank works out good for everyone. ????????????

Last night I noticed my account was overdrawnSo immediately transferred money into it. Today I wake up in the negative again because Busey decided to take an overdraft fee even though I corrected my negative balance the day before. I also have overdraft protectionon yet it hasn’t stopped one transaction from overdrawing my account yet. I’d give these con artists 0 stars but google won’t let me
