Have been waiting on my taxes for 2 yrs Everytime I ask to speak with Mike about what's going on I get a different excuse I have no problems with Lainey in that part of the office but when it comes to taxes this is getting ridiculous I'm to the point I'm going to contact someone high up or my lawyer to get something done there's no reason they can't return my phone call or tell me what's going on with my taxes as I own business and have needed my tax return for many different things .

Own a business they took all my paperwork, still have never filed our taxes were now in may. Would NOT recommend

I took my taxes here in February and the business still has them, tomorrow is tax day.

They have had my 2020 tax documents since January 2021 over a year. I have made several attempts by phone and in person to get my documents without success. Anyone else have issues with CA Booking?

They Are great.. they have done my taxes for over 6 years and prices are half of H&R Block. I love they are local and are very knowledgeable about the changes with the government.

Yesterday I arrived to an appointment to have my taxes done, and not one person working in this office was wearing a mask or even made an attempt to put a mask on after my husband and I arrived inside the office. It is the middle of a pandemic and masks are required inside public places. This building is very small and we were very uncomfortable to be there without any of the staff (we saw four people working) wearing any type of face covering. When I questioned the lack of masks, the woman at the front desk unapologetically stated a mask would be worn when we were called back for our appointment, which seems highly unlikely. As we had been waiting 10 minutes after our appointment time and felt uncomfortable, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. It seemed to me that they really were not concerned with us doing so. Very disappointing as my husband is a return customer, and we prefer to support small businesses. We will not be back and will likely inform our friends of our experience at this business. It is my hope this is not their normal practice, but there were no "mask required" signs anywhere, it likely is.
