From out of state doing construction. Went to lunch with a pool of transmission fluid under my truck. Called another shop and they wouldn't even check my hoses or seals, only wanted to put a rebuilt in or nothing. Chrosno's was amazing. I had the truck towed their and he had it inspected and fixed the next day. Affordable, reliable, and friendly. If you need transmission work I highly recommend them.

Bob was very upfront about the issue I was having, didn't try to upset me anything, he actually explained to me simply and in terms that I can understand and gave me the choices available and let me decide how to proceed. I will highly recommend this business, what a world class experience!! Funny thing though, I had a check engine light come on and the car started running in limp mode, on further inspection, some wiring got pinched in the motor mount and grounded out, same wiring that needed to be checked when remounting the transmission.

My Chevy Suburban transmission 3/4 clutch pack went out. I contemplated repairing it myself after I got 2 bids from other mechanic shops that wanted to replace it for $4,000. I found Crosnos Transmission on yelp and they had good reviews. When I called they were upfront that it would take two weeks to even get started on it because of their current work load. After I told them what was happening with it, they quoted me a ballpark price that was about $1600 less than my other quotes and was exactly what they ended up charging me after I took it to them. They had my Suburban for about 3 weeks. They warranty their rebuilds which is nice so as long as you live within or breakdown within driving distance. However, if it goes down while on a road trip you are going to have to ship it back before they can fix it. I only made it four stars based on two things. The man who runs the shop is grumpy, and 3 weeks is a long time to go without a car. I have had my vehicle back for over a month and am about to take a trip in it, so I will update the review if anything happens significantly during the trip.

Bob and his wife were super helpful with my drag car TH400. Customer service has been phenomenal, and fair priced. Did everything they could to make sure I didn't spend unnecessary money on my build. Looks like I've got a trusted trans shop to work with.

This transmission shop is the best! My work truck broke down with transmission problems, and I had it towed to this shop. They went above and beyond expectations in every aspect. The office manager gave me a ride to a local car rental place to get a rental while mine was being repaired. In the meantime, Bob and his techs got to work on my vehicle immediately, because I was out of town, and needed it quickly. They found a broken cable, repaired it, and charged me $50 for the repair. I cannot recommend this location enough. You will not be disappointed.Service: Transmission
