My 5 year old needed antibiotics. CVS was out but ordered it. The next day it didn’t arrive and they told me no other cvs in the area had it.the tell me to call other pharmacies and when I find one with the meds to have that pharmacy call them to transfer the prescription. I call around and find a pharmacy that does. They call cvs and tell them to transfer the prescription. The day goes by and they never send it. I went up to CVS on my break and told them how important this antibiotic was. This is the 4th one we are trying. None have worked. I paid cvs $460 for the last antibiotic. I told them this is the last step before being hospitalized and missing her first days ever of school. They still didn’t send the prescription. This is the last bottle of this antibiotic in the area and it’s sitting on a shelf for her and we just can’t get it because of them. Gonna call her doctor today when they open to just have them send it.

Clowns. If you have one or two scripts that need filled, you may be okay, but anything more than 3 confuses the app, the texts, and the employees themselves. It took 3 days to get antibiotics. Could not get delivery even though they debited it because of this. I had to go pick up with low-grade fever and chills. Incredibly unhappy.

Would not recommend this place at all! Went there to purchase some melatonin gummies and to get some cash back so I could pay for dinner but forgot my physical debit card at the house. So used Apple Pay and this store apparently can't give cash back like what is advertised.
