Amazing shop with great prices! I live in NJ and placed an online order for a sealed booster box that goes for over $200 more online than the store had. Knowing this and only having one in stock they easily could have cancelled my order and resold it for its current price. Instead they contacted me, made sure it was delivered safe add kept me updated the whole time! Even my local shops wouldn’t do this. The manager is also super friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you all and I plan to shop here again!

This local honest card shop is over 20 years old. I remember being child and looking at their Pokémon cards there. I grew up with the Rarest Pokémon card there is. I took it up to Dizzy Dugout to see what they were willing to pay. They made an offer but informed me that I would make much more money by selling it on Ebay. You have to repsect the honesty and consistency they have put forth for out little community of Collinsville.

Whoever runs this company’s Mercari page could try not being rude and maybe exhibit more business-like behavior. Item listed well above current market value, I asked if they were waiverable on price at all and they said make an offer. I said no thanks becauseA) the gap was big enough that I didn’t expect them to come down close enough to current market price and B) I saw they raised the price another $10 after I messaged them. I said thank you for your time to which they sent me an offer below market value then immediately blocked me. Seems rather childish to run a business page this way.Is this the behavior of the employees/owner when you visit the physical location?*EDIT FOR RESPONSE*I am telling the whole truth as to how I saw the situation play. I will not accept blame being shifted onto me. I also like to ask how waiverable a seller is on price as to not make an offer that is offensive to the seller (as the seller may be unaware of the current market value of an item). I am still interested in the card in question and have messaged you back. Moving forward, maybe accept accountability for your actions instead of trying to shift blame onto me as if I’m lying or withholding truth.*EDIT TWO*The 1-Star review stands. Dealing with this shop has been unpleasant from start to finish.

Great if you want something from the last 20 years of card collecting and present day. The shop looks like a hot mess but it is JAM PACKED and a great place for sports cards and generally speaking, non-spoets cards.

Went in to sell some card I did not want, was poorly greeted and told no one was there that could do it, which is fine but they didn't even offer when someone would be available until I asked and said they don't know. All this is just poor customer service and it's the fact that on my way out I'm told "the card buyer has cancer" as to make me feel bad for wanting good customer service, if they lead with that information I would have completely understood but to throw it on at the end to make them feel justified is wrong, just offer good customer service and don't bring it up personal matters.

The store is a general liability nightmare. The outside presentation was welcoming and certainly peaked my interest. Once I entered, I thought I was in a hoarders basement. The overall cleanliness of the building was remarkably poor. Once I entered I was greeted with what I can only describe as a smell of mold. There was stuff all over the floor and the already small aisles were blocked by all kinds of safety hazards. It's almost as if the store is intentionally wanting to be hit with a general liability lawsuit. Definitely not complaint with ADA requirements. With all this aside, it's a n*** dreamland inside the store. I wanted to search to every inch of the store. Only reason I didn't was the heat. Tons and tons of great finds all over the store. Last note is the prices. The prices were pretty high and there was signs stating that the marked price may not be accurate. I'm guessing they leave themselves the ability to demand more without actually having to take efforts to maintain their stock. Not surprising given the condition of the Salesfloor.

Went there for some one peice tcg card packs that I was told were avaliable for regular price thinking $5-6 which is the general msrp. Get there and the person working the counter pulls up tcg player and gives me the cost of $12-25 per pack for a new game. Would not recommend going there for anything unless you want to pay obscene prices.

I go here for Pokemon cards and they have a wide selection of cards. The price is high but worth the collection value.

Absolutely horrible prices charge 10 dollars for the same pack you can get at Walmart for 4.48 and double the price on everything else asked if I could get a booster box for Pokémon and the employee said he was there alone and couldn’t access where they had them

Went in for the first time Saturday. Great selection. This place is a hidden gem. Good amount of inventory for sale. Staff helped when needed but didn't hover. Good customer service. Glad to see places like this open for the next generation to enjoy the hobby. I will be back.
