Garden variety, but no power access, therefore no way of finding stuff at night, which comes before 5pm now. Can't locate tools. No lights. I would use a flashlight if I could find it!

Secure location for storage, but their needs to be a warning sign out front, to warn of the extreme dip as you're pulling into the drive.. the dip, followed by the steep drive up into the facility will cause most cars to bottom out (grind) when either entering or exiting.
