I always deal with Miss Deborah. Miss Deborah "owns" the place. I'm in this office often during the Spring picking up overseas packages. Miss Deborah= #1.

Courteous, friendly. Made a diligent effort to locate my package even though computers were down and he was able to find it the old fashioned way, by digging through the piles of boxes!
