“Robin did an amazing job of creating a shadow box for my husband's military retirement. After 38 years of service in the Army and then the Air National Guard, he had A LOT of mementoes. She worked with him on deciding what made the cut and designing the layout.Being located in Chicago, we did most of the work over the phone and email. Robin was so patient and worked with us on design. After it was all completed and the retirement ceremony happened, he got another unexpected decoration. Robin was great at redesigning and then having to move everything to a new board and at a minimal cost.Thank you Robin! You have the patience of a saint to have guided my husband through the process. The place is an original, not a high bay 15ft shelf store google might take you to otherwise.Personally I prefer small business in town.The stores in many town centers have died, these guys make it work and the neighboring places look like fun.”
