“I can't recommend Keith Wolf and his State Farm team highly enough! When a severe hail storm hit our area on March 14, 2025, causing significant damage to our home's siding and roof, the initial claim processing through State Farm went smoothly and efficiently.
Things got complicated when there was disagreement between the adjuster and our contractor about the scope of coverage—specifically, whether the siding on our 20-year-old house qualified for full replacement. That's when my local agent, Keith Wolf, stepped in and made all the difference. He personally joined the conversation, carefully listened to the details from both sides, and advocated strongly on our behalf. His office worked diligently to persuade the adjuster to approve full-house siding replacement, which was a huge relief and the right outcome.
From that point on, the rest of the repair process on the insurance side went swimmingly—no more hurdles, just prompt payments and clear communication. Keith and his team truly went above and beyond to support us during a stressful time. I can't thank them enough for their expertise, responsiveness, and genuine care. “I attended ECU's P&C pre-licensing education course in June and was able to quickly pass all 4 exams to obtain my license. I passed 3/4 of the exams on my first attempt, and likely would have passed all 4 on that attempt had I followed the course recommendations more closely. I took my last exam the very next day that was available and passed comfortably. The instructor that taught my class, Tom, was both knowledgeable as an instructor and as someone who has had decades of experience in the industry. I came in without enough knowledge to even be a well-informed consumer with regards to my own insurance, now I am fully licensed in Property and Casualty, and will be returning to ECU for my Life & Health pre-licensing classes as well as any future continuing education.”
