They have a wide variety of foods. Sometimes they don't have everything you need but in general, the prices are good and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I always enjoy shopping at ruler Foods because they always have great sales and great employees and they do their best to keep the store stocked and clean. This store has great prices and you got to check out their sales because they can generally get you a great product at a great price

Becareful what you buy, I bought Yoplait there and bread, bread mold on it. The Yoplait was runny and bad.

The past couple times I've been here items have rang up incorrectly despite what their price signs say and we've had to take pictures to prove it as we were told repeatedly we were in correct and management refused to fix it. Not going back here until their fix their management and pricing issues.

Finally! A place to go to get good food and drinks for various dietary needs (ex. organic, low salt, low cholesterol, fat free, and fully loaded originals) without excessive advertising, choices, and constant price changing because of a "sale" or "coupon".The Kroger brands were so much better quality and price it caused us quit Aldi, who seems to have moved into non-food and boutique items for their store line-up.Highly recommend first timers go to Ruler for first trip with plenty of time, during off peak times (non Sat Sun daytime), and better staff assistance.Riverfront Times Mag named Ruler Foods best grocery store 2022 (Sept 26-Oct 4 issue).

The manager, Karen, lives up to her name. Rude to her employees and rude to customers. Overall shopping experience I would rate a 4, great prices, the other staff is friendly. But the checkout experience was terrible.

I love rulers. Some canned foods not so great but I’ve cream, milk and snacks are affordable and taste good if not better than some name brands.

Ruler Foods was literally my “go-to” for everything. Close to my home and the prices are great. Unfortunately, after today, I’ll never shop there again. There was a considerably older man there (obviously buying nothing) riding back and forth down the last few aisles in a riding cart muttering racial slurs. Any other time it wouldn’t have bothered me but I was shopping with my 4 year old daughter, who like myself, is African American. When we walked past he became louder, he called us things like scum, trash, and we all know that was followed by the n-word. As I hurried down the aisle I noticed an African American lady working there, unloading the shelves. I slowed down as I listened to his volume increase again saying those hateful words as he passed her with his empty cart. Now I know they really can’t control who enters the stores but the other employees said nothing. I found it disgusting that they would let someone treat an employee that way. This was a hard thing to watch, especially when there was a grocery store shooting a week or so ago where the gunman only targeted people of color. He live streamed as he gunned people down. Wow, what a world.
