About Landlord Tenant Services
LTS provides background checks for landlords and employers. We perform a through check in every state in the U.S. Our turnaround time is 24-48 hours during normal business hours. We have a low eviction rate of 3%. We help the prospective tenant also. If they are in need of credit repair or other resources we offer 3rd party resources that can help with credit repair.
