The service was great! I was able to get my oil change and tire rotation done in the needed time so I could get to work on time. I did encounter a problem with 1 of my tire pressure sensors not working properly as I traveled to work. I called and talked to Ken Shaw about the problem. He said to bring the car back by the next day and they would resolve the problem, which they did do. Thanks for the prompt resolution of my tire sensor problem.

My car was taken care of in a timely manner. The service dept kept me in the loop about the status of the work being completed.
It would have been nice if my dad could have got his points for his gmc membership, but he wasn't able to because he didn't use a gm visa card that he does not have.
