“Mark showed kindness and helped me out of a jam. I was cycling on the bike trail and a bad storm came up so i asked if i could take shelter until it passed. He allowed me to hang out, invited me to sit down, and so i spent some time with him and his sweet Great Dane Harley until it was safe for me to leave. We had a good conversation and I will always be grateful for him for literally providing shelter in a storm.”
“Not sure why there’s multiple 1 star reviews for this location... I came in today on a Sunday to ship out a package and the 2 UPS team members working were both helpful and courteous to me and the other customers. I was able to ship out my package with no issues and no complaints. I see no reason why I wouldn’t return back if I need to use this location”

“Went to pak mail tonight to have a fax sent. The staff was friendly, helpful and even called me when the fax went through so I could swing back by and pick it up. I believe the employees name was Miella and I will be back because she was friendly and helpful.”
