My son hit a pot hole and blew his tire. Called roadside assistance and they said it has to be towed to meineke in collinsville. After ripping him off on a new tire, when he picked it up, there’s sensors coming up and they wanted $120 to diagnose. Thinking them and tow company are in collusion. Never going to use either one ever again. In other words- BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

I get my oil changed at Meineke on the Beltline when it is due. Everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. . They service my car in a timely manner and share any concerns they may find. I recommend Meineke for your car’s service needs.

I can say i had amazing experience with the collinsville location manger worked with me got everything I need done on my vehicle with in a couple hours of approving the work . I will be passing the word to any one that needs work done on vehicle to come here

I decided to go to Meineke for an oil change after receiving coupons in the mail. I liked the ease of making an appointment online, plus there was a coupon for an additional $5.00 off for using online scheduling. Unfortunately I was not allowed to use this coupon regardless of the fact that it stated it could be used with other coupons. I was told it was up to the owner and the owner doesn’t allow two coupons to be used. When I stated that this was misleading advertising and asked for my coupon back, I was told “no, it had to be stapled to my invoice.” So other than the ridiculous treatment surrounding coupons, and the loud music, and the cigarette smoke choking me in the waiting room, my car does have fresh oil and is good for 3,000 more miles.
