I really used to like coming here, but after this last time, I simply cannot anymore. In my past 3 visits, Noah has been rude to customers, even going so far as to snap at some poor elderly lady. It's just 100% unprofessional to treat clients in that manner. Maybe he needs some time off. Anyway, I can't keep coming here and watching people be treated this way. Sorry.

From the time I entered Pak Mail I was in and out within 5 minutes and especially my Thanks goes out to Noah he efficiently wrap my package put the packing label on there and gave me a tracking number when I need any kind of UPS service again this place will be my first choice always thank you

This place is a joke. Needs new employees from management on down the list.
When you need someone to their vehicle although you clearly have no business, something is wrong here.
Change the attitude.

I used Pak Mail to print and deliver a binder of courtesy copies to the Madison County Courthouse. They were extremely easy to work with and were in constant communication.

Horrible customer service I came in to the store and ask the guy at the counter could he help me locate my package and the only he kept telling me was go on the internet and find the 1-800 number. Bad service

Normally I support local business and DO NOT like giving a bad review. In fact, when I have the occasional less than good experience I usually just ignore it and chalk it up to someone having a bad day. But I honestly cannot find any reason for the "intentional bad treatment" I got this morning from Noah. I had brought in the first of three boxes for them to pack and ship, and was the first and only one there, moments later while retrieving the last box, Noah took another customer who had just come in ahead of me, and that customer took 15 - 20 minutes of my time to be processed for Notary and mailing documents. It's customary to service on a first come, first serve basis, however in addition to taking this customer out of turn, there was no, I'm sorry this is taking so long, or better yet, telling the second customer, (because it is going to take you a while), let me service the customer who was here first. When I brought this up after waiting and receiving no friendly smile, no "sorry it took unusually long", he made a rude excuse and then charged me the most money I have paid in my life for packing and shipping. $190 dollars for three items he was going to ship in a single box. I have to say, that for the past 5 years when dealing with the owner here, I never experienced such bad service or high prices (which is why I've been a customer for five years). It makes me think the owner no longer cares and is just letting low quality punks run his business while he sits back and rakes in the profits. The way I was treated is as if they do not value my business what-so-ever. And of course, as this appears to be the case, I will be taking it elsewhere!!!

Excellent service! I had a package that the sender put the wrong address on, they were able to track it down for me. They are a great secure place to get your mail, cheaper than a p.o. box, and notify you when you have a package that won't fit in your box! So very happy with all their staff!

I wouldn’t recommend this store. Their pricing is definitely sketchy. But what is most concerning is that my packages were shipped to over a week ago, and nobody has received the mail. Except my overnight package. Now I’m wondering if they shipped out my packages when they said they would. Not sure. The reason for 3 stars is because the cashier was extremely helpful, patient and nice.
