“Sometimes after so many good, professional, pleasant and helpful experiences with a business of any kind- you ask yourself what can I do to show some sort of appreciation. Leaving a google review is an idea, just for it to be seen and known. Maybe it can make a positive impression. The people that work at this neighborhood market pharmacy on Beltline simply just make your life easier by being SO professional yet personable. Amy, Jessica , Carly are just some of the names I recall. You make a difference and it’s appreciated, thank you.”

“Hands down the best cvs I've been to. Very friendly staff, always working hard to make sure the patient is a priority. I can't thank them enough for treating people with kindness. I've recently moved all my prescriptions to the beltline location because Vandalia is so frustrating to work with. Meredith and Jack are incredible.”

“This is the first review I have ever written...for anything!! I have to brag, brag, brag about Trina in Pharmacy. I have unfortunately been a frequent visitor to the drive-thru for personal health issues lately. I was blessed to have Trina talk me through not only details of my prescription(s) but she was almost my 5 minute counselor. Very caring and concerned...Tonight I saw her again. Last week my son was diagnosed with his own pretty serious health issue...she remembered mine. She counseled me again...only this time for my son. THEN, I drove off with his prescription and forgot my debit card. She called me. I have managed many employees in my life....if I had the power to give her a raise today, I'd do it. I just wanted her to be appreciated.”

“Good place for the occasional photo department specials. I am an amateur photographer so I keep a watch for their specials. Their photo processing department is very good. I would highly recommend them.”

“I've used this pharmacy for years and have had little to no trouble. My biggest 'issue' was prescription fills being a little late due to their stock. It happens, no harm no foul. Today I called because I have a medication pending insurance approval that I really need to start. Asked how much it would be out of pocket and it was $75! In the grand scheme of things, that's not a crazy price, but more than I was able to pay for this medicine. Jason not only looked for OTC alternatives, but went through coupons as well to see about bringing the price down. He got it down to $26! I appreciate how kind he was and how much time he put into helping me with this. I'm sure he is due for a raise!”

“I had a request to transfer a prescription to this Pharmacy 30 minutes before close. Mark worked to get my insurance right and even tried to give me a discount. It didn’t work:) but I SO appreciated his help. I will be using this pharmacy from now on.”

“Walmart of the world, take notice! The Collinsville, IL location is by far one of the cleanest and most organized Walmart that I have ever been to. I stopped by to look at some of the new Arcade 1 Up devices in the electronics department. I was truly blown away by how well everything was displayed. Great job! I decide since I was there, I might as well do some shopping. The aisles were clear and easy to navigate with the shopping cart. I was able to find my groceries with ease and a few other items. I bought here than planned because the shopping experience at the Collinsville Walmart was wonderful! I wish that my local Walmart in O'Fallon, IL would send over their management team to see what a true Walmart Supercenter looks like. Another plus was I wasn't treated like a thief when I left the store with my paid items. Thank you Collinsville Walmart! I shall return very I would like to also add a thank you to their management team for responding promptly to a request for a price match. It might have taken multiple trips, but it was well worth it.”
