Vicki is the greatest. I have been dealing with an out of balance on my balance sheet for years. She resolved the issue in an hour or less. She is so patient and thorough. I haven't had a Quickbooks issue yet that she can't solve.

Vicki is incredibly responsive and she knows QB quite well. We are probably a more complex QB user than most. The time or two that I've managed to stump her is only temporary as she quickly researches until she finds an answer! I look forward to working with her and learning from her for years to come!
