My husband went in yesterday for a PSA test. He reported confusion about the test which was clarified and ultimately got in. The nurse who took blood was rough and rude. She stuck him surprisingly hard, but my husband refused to flinch. Today, the site is swollen with a knot. Of course I can’t call for advice since no answer as they’re closed till Monday. My husband is the kindest man who never deserved this treatment. Actually, I’d like to give negative stars, but it doesn’t accept that, so here’s my review

They kicked me out like a junky trying to get a bad prescription filled because they keep bad records and can’t dial a phone number correctly. I had to stop her as she was pushing me out the door and say “hey what do I need to tell my doctor to send you!”

Today, I took my 91 year old mother to have blood drawn. Jae was excellent making her feel welcome. My mom's veins are hard to find and roll. Jae found her vein with no problem and my mom didn't even feel the needle. Mom was very happy with the experience she had today and was very thankful to Jae for her great work!

When there on Friday as a walk in. One person was there besides me and I waited 1 1/2 hrs and they never called me then more people came and they took them before me. When I finally got up yelled is their anyone back there they were mad argument started was very rude and one worker came to my car and yelled more.

I went in today to get my bloodwork done, forgot my insurance card, and my phlebotomist Jeshon was so kind and patient. She called my doctors office and got my insurance information and I never felt the stick when she took my blood. Usually it takes at least 2-3 times of getting stuck. She was lovely and this is the first time I can say I enjoyed getting my blood taken ?

I have to go back for a second blood draw because they missed one on my chart.. I got in quick my first appointment and my tech was nice, but having to go back is again is obviously very inconvenient!

Went for bloodwork today about 8:45am I put my name down and both the appointment screen and sign in screen had the wrong time on it so I assumed my appointment would be an hour earlier than said. We waited about an hour and a half and even thought there were other appointments already scheduled there was about a good 10/15 minutes where no one was back there in between appointments a few times and I could of gotten in and out before the next scheduled appointment. But nope, once I saw the lab tech leave and go out side instead. She didn’t even acknowledge me why I was waiting so long either. So eventually we left and went to Troy which was much better! The lady at Troy was a 10/10 and even apologized that I had to wait a little bit. I won’t be going to the Collinsville location anymore even if it’s closer sorry!

Making the appointment by telephone was difficult because I had to talk to a computer for quite a long time. Checking in by computer is difficult for elderly people who make up a great deal of the clientele. I was able to do it for my dad, and for another man who was having trouble, but there is no one to ask if someone is having trouble and another patient or family member is not there to help. Once we got in, the young woman who took my dad's blood was wonderful. Her name is Erica and she was patience and kindness personified. Dad was having a difficult day, and she was so good with him, and took his blood while listening to him and chatting with him about his interests. While we were being treated so well, however, my mom witnessed the other employee being impatient and unkind to another elderly patient, saying rudely to him, "Well I can't open the door any wider," when the poor man could not get past the employee's substantial girth. While Erica treated us with respect and sweet courtesy, if we need to get Dad in for blood work again, we will seek out another provider.

Today was the first time I have been through this We get there and a line of people outside at 8 am to get in. And then we were all told we could not get our blood drawn and we all had appointments. We were told not enough employees to do there work ? I know quest is so much better than today!!!! We could of been called or something before driving 20 minutes

Unbelievable process to get a drug screen through them I've been to two locations 2 different days. The first day they failed to tell me I would need a barcode once I scheduled my appointment so now I'm stuck in the parking lot waiting on a barcode. The staff is extremely dismissive and it seems like they are almost hateful soon a a you walk in both Maryville and Collinsville locations. I've never felt disliked for walking into a place and asking questions.
