Like them just don't approve of some of their policies. They charged to open a home equity line of credit and then charged me to cancel it.

Consistently slooow service. Always a line at cashiers, poor business processes with lots of red tape. Not a place to visit if you are in a hurry. Poor interest rates on accounts. All my other banks put them to shame.
