Went in for a change of service.The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and knowledgeable. From taking the the time to show me how the new products work,to trying find ways to save me money she was top notch!

Great experience today. I waited a long time, but the service was just awesome. I can't say enough about Kim and Tyler's effort to take care of a lot of customers and keep things moving. They both were just amazing. Thank you to both of you.

They will keep raising there prices no matter what. Dont waste your time with retention. They have tactics .this what happens when there no competition in the area just like att there stocks are up and really no choice. Calling to help reduce your bill they mite place you on hold for hours dont waste your time build your own satellite system.

Me and my fiance moved into a new apartment in Collinsville Illinois and spectrum cable and internet were both included in our rent so we had a service tech come out and he was so kind and friendly and got us all hooked up and ready to go. I forgot his name but when I find his tech work receipt I will edit this post and include his name in this post. I give him, the service tech5 gold ☆☆☆☆☆, the spectrum company's support person really did try to help. So I give spectrum4 and a half ☆☆☆☆ 1/2. I'm not disappointed at all with spectrum at this time. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

Shout out to Jordan at store 1110 Collinsville. In the days were Customer Service has dwindled, Jordan displayed that attribute. Jordan was so patient, informative and helpful. If I hadn’t looked at the time, I wouldn’t have known the time. Although I told you face to face, I wanted the world to know also. That I appreciate you for helping us out and making sure we received the best deals. And the great customer service that you gave to myself and my daughter. And also the education that you dropped on my daughter.Thanks again Jordan!!!Keep up the great work

I tried calling Spectrum to give kudos to one of their outstanding associates at this store at Collinsville Crosding in CollinsvilleIllinois but to no avail. Monique helped me and my husband switch from another phone carrier to Spectrum. She was great at explaining everything to us! The store was packed and she was so professional not only to us but to the other customers coming into the store. The store was short staffed and she deserves to be recognized for her attention to detail and on top of it all she was training a new associate! Spectrum you need to award Monique for her outstanding customer service skills! She is a valuable employee to your company! Great job Monique!

If you have a choice of internet, then don’t go with spectrum. Internet goes out almost every day, customer service sucks. If it wasn’t for my landlord only allowing spectrum for wifi then I would FOR SURE be getting internet from someone else. Oh and our internet was $50 the first month and magically went up to $54 after that. Wonder how many more times the price is going to magically go up.

Be careful with one staff worker his name is Brian he doesn't wait on wait on people of color and he doesn't go by the sign in sheet he picks who he wants to deal with. I had signed in on the computer and was patiently waiting for my turn when a white boy came in and Brian told him that he can wait on him he didn't even acknowledge I was in the store been waiting for 30 minutes then the guy who I originally talked to waited on me. And I turned to Brian and pointed at him to let him know I was talking about him in his face. Very disrespectful man who does not need his job.

I went without an appointment and when they first opened to return my old router. There was a line out the door, but it moved super fast. All the employees were friendly and helpful and it was a painless process. Even though they were busy, they were efficient and I was in and out in 10 minutes.
