This store makes their own rules apart of what customer care have in place or say. At one point the device they use to scan out equipment that you have shipped there was broken preventing you from being able to get your equipment. You ask questions about a charge on your bill (Colton) isn't able to give an explanation as to what or why it is and will advise you to call customer care. But when customer care advise or ask of a reason why their policy is different than what they are knowledgeable of (Colton) basically will say, because it is the way their store operates. Colton had a very nasty attitude...2/6/2024 and when asked for the manager by myself and Tmobile Customer care agent he just said it's no one here.! I have been a customer of Tmobile for over 15 years but I will be looking into another cellphone provider soon!

Exceptional customer service, 12/10 would recommend. About an hour after my transaction, my sales rep called me and told me we read the promotion wrong... Then proceeded to help me undo the mistake. Most would let you figure it out on your own, costing a lot of money or a massive headache later on

I went to set up a new card on my account and the girl helping out added it to a different customers account. Charged me $200 for a bill that’s not mine. I went back and my account wasn’t even updated… she was no help and did answer any questions I had.

After dealing with yet another Spectrum outage, I decided today to make a trip to the Collinsville T Mobile store to check in to 5G home internet. I was helped by Taylor and could not be more happy with the service I was provided. from fully detailed information about your home internet, what I should realistically expect and a full understanding about setting up my gateway at home.A seamless experience from start to finish. My speeds at home exceed what I was getting from Spectrum, and, so far I am impressed!!Taylor is an asset to your store, and if/when I consider a move to T Mobile for phone service I will certainly look for her assistance.Thanks again Taylor! ✂

Tahler at the Collinsville TMobile was super patient with my son and I setting up internet services. I think she needs a raise just for her time and quality to serve us. I greatly appreciate all her help and efforts helping us.

KJ the manager for this location is wonderful! He goes above and beyond to make sure each experience is easy going. He always looks out for the customers best interest while making a great guest relationship. My mother refuses to go to any other store and work under any other employee because she wants KJ to manage her account. That's how great of a manger he is! His colleagues seem to respect him in this position as well!

A young woman ( tall, african american light brown skin, hair in a bun signed me up for tmobile. She verified my info was correct then after must of completely screwed my name up in the system purposely. What was on my account in the system was not what I verified nor was it on my license that I handed her. How and why would you do this?
