Hardware stores are always good to have as a permanent establishment. I'm not a pro fixer upper but I am willing to learn. I really enjoy shopping in through with and for this company/establishment. Heads up please keep up the good. : )

Quality of items and apparently loading, stocking crews gradually getting worse at the Collinsville store. Bought new freezer for Christmas and after getting it home and unboxing, discover it's smashed in on side. Now going through painful return process. Suggest any place but this for shopping.
