Lexi was very kind in assisting me and she handed me a paper with rate plans etc. I wanted just one line for $25. This was only available with auto pay. I got a supposedly free phone which is the Samsung A15. I'm really confused though as to why a payment for this month is coming up. I'm gonna call and try getting everything straightened out. But for the most part the customer service part was great!!”
“Excellent service. I had a nightmare experience at Glen Carbon where the staff basically refused to sell me the phone I wanted and lied about it being out of stock.
