Beware of being ripped off from this place. I rented a uhaul van for a couple of hours and brought the van back after hours in which they tell you to put the keys in their drop box. They charge me a service fee stating I did not bring the uhaul back at 7/8 of gas. When in fact I damn near fill the tank up past 7/8. The manager could not do anything and was acting clueless. What a horrible experience! This establishment is money hungry and will eat up your coins. Do not rent from this place they obviously do not care about their customers and would not try to resolve anything with you! If you do, be sure to be there in person to return the vehicle because it's your word against theirs!

They gave us a faulty truck with a leaky roof and caused our belongings to become soaking wet. They have caused irreparable damage to a collectible poster of mine that I can no longer replace.

Scott went above and beyond to get me a truck and fast. I had a reservation with a competitor and their truck had leaks all throughout. Scott take to corporate and got me the same size truck right away. This was one of the nicest moving trucking I have ever drove. I would highly recommend UHAUL and definitely this Collinsville location. From now on I will ONLY use UHAUL because of this overall experience.

Great service. I rented the pickup truck to go get my bed frame, mattress, box spring. The truck was very neat. Not a single problem all through. Great customer service too.

We did a same-day rental with them. The staff were polite and explained everything clearly. The 12 foot moving truck was in good shape and didn't have any maintenance issues. Most importantly, there was no funny business or "hidden fees." The 79c per mile does add up - we drove 76 miles and our final bill was about $80. But this rate is comparable to any moving truck rental. We topped off our gas, and they did not add an additional fueling fee. Would use again if we need to move large items.
