This is the best branch of US Bank in my opinion. The branch manager and all of the employees are awesome to work with. I feel like bend over backwards to make sure you're taken care of. Special shout out to Brandi for helping me out

Absolutely the worst run, least staffed and worthless banking institution I’ve ever seen in my life. I stood in line behind one person for 25 minutes and still have not getting up to make a simple withdrawal. A customer in front of me and behind me left, they were so upset at waiting for so long. I watched the teller making the customer at the desk money orders or cashier checks, then the teller did a withdrawal, then the teller changed out big bills for little bills, then the teller was upselling getting a US Bank credit card, then the Teller is being chatty with the customer, the whole while six other customers are standing there waiting and not getting serviced. I have lots of money DD'd into this account monthly. I am taking my money elsewhere, because even though I do not come in here often, everytime I do, it takes FORRRRRRREEEEEEEVVVVVER. They have one person working seven people in line, and lines not moving. Manager sitting on the phone talking to somebody not helping, knowing that there are multiple persons waiting and obviously upset at such a large wait. I don't care what the excuse, if you Manage and Lead a team, and you see a deficiency, then you correct it. A little older man walked in and went to the man to ask for service and the Manager told him to go to the line (the long line we were all standing in). I am pulling every cent of my money out of this bank and switching banks immediately this is absolutely ridiculous. I don't care about any staff shortage, and I also do not like that the employees use a laptop to do all of our business. Go to any other bank for a cashier check and withdrawal, you will be in and out in a matter of moments. Do not expect that here.

For 15 years with US Bank, never used Collinsville locations often but never had an issue. The Schnucks branch is open on Sunday and service is on par

Since the US Bank closed it's main bank on Beltline Rd. The small bank inside Schnucks is busy at times but the staff does a great job.

Great staff. Friendly, knowledgable personnel. I will miss the Schnucks branch people because US Bank is downsizing so the assistant branch managers and other personnel are getting laid off December 20. Merry Christmas US Bank.

Ridiculously slow. Expect to spend an hour in the drive through. No other bank that I go to is this slow. Understaffed and don't seem to care if you have to wait.

When I was struggling financially, in a blatantly obvious attempt to embarrass me,an employee deliberately broadcasted my financial details in an overtly loud and boisterous manner while speaking to me in the lobby with other customers present. Short of stealing, I’m not sure there is a more inappropriate and unprofessional thing you could do as a bank employee(or a more repulsive thing, as a person). This is the middle-aged woman with the voice that makes you jealous of deaf people. Yeah her. Imagine having to listen to her crying herself to sleep every night. Her husband deserves a Purple Heart.

If it wasn't for the fact my company uses this place I wouldn't even go here and they still charged me $7 to cash my check and they put a hold on it. Walmart charged me $2 and I got my money same day.

Entrusting your money with this bank/these people is incredibly dangerous and foolish. If you need proof of this, go ahead and open an account.
