This location for the pharmacy should have a quality assurance system for the pharmacy technician that works the window. The lack of acknowledgement and quality assurance is terrible. There are several technicians that need help with working with the public and diverse groups. Visit 10/3/2025 the drive thru window

I've used this pharmacy for years and have had little to no trouble. My biggest 'issue' was prescription fills being a little late due to their stock. It happens, no harm no foul.
Today I called because I have a medication pending insurance approval that I really need to start. Asked how much it would be out of pocket and it was $75! In the grand scheme of things, that's not a crazy price, but more than I was able to pay for this medicine.
Jason not only looked for OTC alternatives, but went through coupons as well to see about bringing the price down. He got it down to $26! I appreciate how kind he was and how much time he put into helping me with this. I'm sure he is due for a raise!

This is the first review I've ever left because this Walgreens has screwed up more prescriptions than I can even count. Between being out of certain medications every time and giving me the wrong medications altogether, I wish I could give less than one star.

I was in the Beltline location before Christmas and people were not keeping 6 feet apart while in line. I wasn’t one that complained as I wasn’t in line yet. All of a sudden the older lady working, very assertively told everyone to spread out! I loved it. She was like, well, we will get a bad review either way. So I thought I would put something positive about her doing her job and her part to keep customers safe. I wish I knew her name. Older lady, gray hair and glasses. Thank you!

I have shopped at this particular Walgreens for the last 13 years. The regular employees are great, and I know a few of them by name. The manager, however, is extremely rude. I ran in to pick up a few items, and my debit card (which has a chip) kept kicking back a "Not Authorized" error message, so my (very nice) cashier called the manager for assistance. He approached the situation with an funky attitude, tried my card once more, and when that same error message appeared he just looked at me blankly. I asked him if maybe it would work at the other register, and he had the nerve to SNORT, and said that my card wasn't working due to lack of funds. TOTALLY INCORRECT. Rather than argue the point, I went around the corner to Dollar General, picked up the exact same items, purchased and paid without incident - with the exact same card. So, I will take my full a** bank account having self to any other store in Collinsville, but I definitely won't be spending not one more dollar at Walgreens on Beltline. Which is a shame, because the rest of the employees are helpful and nice.

The Walgreens pharmacy at this Walgreens location always seems to have 1 or 2 really rude people at the check out spot always giving some sort of attitude I don't know I just get bad vibes from them
