I understand employees have rights to lunch breaks I don't disagree with that. However closing down the entire department all at one time for everyone to go to lunch together makes zero sense and leaves people who NEED MEDICATIONS unable to get what they need. Make it make sense. Take shifts 1 or 2 people can go while others run the department. It's not that hard. As a pharmacy that lord knows how many people rely on you all should know better than to do that.

Worst customer experience I've ever had at a pharmacy. I mean terrible pharmacy customer service. Did I say TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE PHARMACY?!?

The pharmacist was very rude on the phone. I just was going to transfer all my prescriptions to Walgreens but now am having second thoughts.

Wow... this place is sliding down a lot! They've messed up my script every time in recent memory. They said they had a cyber attack a month ago but they'd be back on line soon, and now it's still messed up so bad that you can't phone it in. You can try, but the automated system screws it up every time and you go up to get it and they haven't done it or made an attempt to call and let you know. And often there's a 4-8 hour wait, because apparently it's hard putting pills in bottles, even when they've messed up and you're in pain! Lol. And a few times I've encountered people there that are downright hateful... I mean, ok! Nothing important... just life-saving medicine... there are some great folks there, but over all it's been less reliable than any other place... I have to work today. And it's going to be a very difficult one... wish they could get it together.

Go in to send money western union . The store manager wanted a picture of me and who I was sending it to together. Same last name and it was my sister manager said she would not do it. Headquarter should fire her

My little girl is very sick and all she needs is her antibiotics. The doctor called it in 4 and a half hours ago and its still not ready!! Will not use this Walgreens again!

Every time I go into the Beltline Walgreens, everyone is always helpful and courteous. The pharmacy is extremely helpful especially when you have a sick family member, and their constantly seeing your face. It makes you feel like, in your stressful days that their are people that will take the time to listen and help you. Thank you Walgreens for that.

I love having to constantly chase my own prescriptions and running out. How hard is it to notify me you've at least gotten the prescription and then fulfill it as soon as you can?? Twice now I have gotten no notice, no nothing that the prescription was received. So I have to check if you got it, when you got it, and submit a seperare request to fill it?! And I switched to this pharmacy thinking it was better. This seems pretty basic customer service.

I understand that due to staff shortages, the pharmacy has to close at 6 per the sign on store door. Don't then close before 6 and turn people away. And if you are changing your hours, update the hours posted on your website.
