I was excited to find a local hairdresser in Colona, where I currently reside in. We spoke on the phone 3 days prior to the appointment. I was unaware her shop is based out of her home. I guess I should have done more research rather than look at the amazing reviews she had. During conversation for the 1 hour and 45 minutes I was in her chair for a simple short bob, she conveyed to me who her clientele she services amongst other things. The cut was dreadfully unevenly. Had I known the information I listed above when I initially called. I would have went else where and spared the experience I received from this establishment.
