Can’t get a human on the phone. Computer system is worthless, says I have an account, when I try to login it says I don’t have an account. I never had these problems with Walgreens, but my boss saddled us with Aetna insurance and so I’m stuck with their mediocrity.

Out of 5 visits; I was completely satisfied with the staff lady who convinced me I was following directions of a scammer. Thank goodness you train your staff on this and I did not buy the cards the scammer had instructed me too!!! Thank you! The next 4 visits I had not been very happy with; many of the items I was wanting to buy were out of stock (at least the ones which would be covered by AETNA)!! So I find that not acceptable. I feel it is not helpful to have CVS and Aetna being owned by the same people!! I'm regretting switching my insurance now!!! I don't understand; you would think it might be better for the insured! My experience proves to be wrong! I guess if I took my RXs to their Pharmacy they would be free? But I don't pay ALOT now and I like my small town Pharmacy whose staff knows me!!! I don't feel like a number; like I do at the CVS Pharamcy!!!

There is an issue every single time I have used the pharmacy. They don't check to see if there are new medication scripts to be filled from the Dr. and are always switching my medication amounts (from 1month to 3month supply) in order to raise the price without asking. I then have to wait 15mins to fix the problem. Every single time.

Very nice store- pleasing to the eye and extremely clean. I needed help finding an item and the young man walked me over to the area where it was located. Who does this anymore? Great customer service!
