Plus take advantage of those Saturday Deals they have printed on those receipts. They even have a 50% Off Table with lots of various items which is nice.”
“Overall, the store is easy to navigate at all times, clean, and has items I didn't know I needed. The checkout process can be a bit of a pain. The staff doesn't seem motivated to help or go faster when there is a line, and there are only two self-checkouts. I drive from the Grove area to this location just because the overall function of the store is worth it.”

“EVERYTIME I go into this store the personnel is extremely personal! They greet me by name and I send all my friends to this one! I frequent these stores cuz I have a house cleaning business so since they are in every town, I see a lot of them and the service in this one is by far the BEST! They care about us as customers and it feels like home! Ashley and the store manager, Dawn are their “rocks” of this store! When I come in and there is a new employee, they introduce me and my support doggie, I feel important! THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAFF THAT CARES!!!!”

“This dollar tree is pretty decent. I'm a door tree connoisseur and this is one of the better locations. They are decently stocked everytime I'm in. I'm still a little hurt about dollar tree raising all their prices to $1.25 and that's the only reason for the 4 star rating.”

“Well-stocked Family Dollar store. Very clean. Many items did not have the price marked, but the cashier was more than happy to check the price for me. Lots of cute Halloween and Fall decor. You could easily decorate a dorm or buy the basics for a new apartment here, in one place and for less than you'd spend at Walmart or somewhere similar. Lots of candles at good prices, as well. Great selection of groceries, including a cooler section with cold cuts, milk, cheese, etc. Last but not at all least, be sure to check out the clearance!”
“Dollar General is my go to store for many everyday household items. The prices on paper products and cleaning supplies are the lowest I've found anywhere. They also have reduced prices on lots of food items. Coupons are honored for additional savings.”

If you take a minute to engage them, you may get a laugh or a smile in their eyes...behind the the mandated mask. “It's been a while since I visited this Family Dollar Store. On the afternoon of Sunday, January 28, 2024, I encountered Christine, the friendly employee at the front, along with two other co-workers who were equally pleasant. They were diligently working to organize the store, and it's evident that they've made significant improvements since my last visit during the COVID outbreak. Despite hearing some negative comments about this location, I believe the team is putting in a commendable effort to enhance the store. Conveniently located just a minute away from my home, I plan to return. The store offers great bargains, particularly on pet toys.”

I have asked him a couple of times for some items and he has personally walked me to the asile to show me where they are. Other employees just tell you. Not really thrilled with the twenty five cent price increase though.”

I understand getting upset about the opening time, but can you really be upset with them for wanting to close early? I'm sure it wasn't like this in the beginning. But with the neighborhood and the crowd that comes in, they have to keep the safety of their employees and their store merchandise safe. “I live in Tower Grove South and had never been in; I Googled “party supply store” and Family Dollar came up, so I stopped in. They had an ENTIRE AISLE of party supplies! I was so relieved, and everything was so reasonably priced. But the real reason I’m writing this review is because of the outstanding customer service I received when I came in to this store (#10338) on 2/92/24 at 3:49 pm. Both employees behind the register (young Black man with dyed hair and young Black woman with tattoos) were so kind! She greeted * every * single * customer * that came through the doors, and she helped me with the Mylar balloons, expedited my checkout, and was just so kind to every customer that she helped. I also found my favorite candy EVER (chewy Nerds) at a price that was cheaper than I’ve seen them elsewhere. Very impressed and will return.”
