She gave me so much great information on what to look for how to look for rings it made by my engagement ring purchase so much easier. It is easy to find great customer service when the business is getting money. But it is rare to get great customer service when they are not, and I was treated with the Upmost respect and courtesy.”

“Al is the absolute best and we can’t say enough great things about him. Not only is he kind and fair, he is very talented and knowledgeable. My fiancé gave Al an inspiration photo of the ring I wanted, and had my ring custom made. Within three weeks of ordering the ring, it was finished! It is even better than the inspiration photo. I absolutely am in love with how it turned out. Al even placed two more prongs on the ends of the diamond setting after we realized it was a little sharp, and got that done the same day. I am highly impressed with him & his work! I have the more beautiful and unique ring I have ever seen and I couldn’t be happier. ❤️”
