“Trying to bring some 109-year-old celluloid pinbacks to their original format, I needed the pin part that inserts into the back. Brick City Button Makers was the only source I found that offered pins that were very close to the originals I was looking for; the price was good too. However, when I received the wrong items, I had to contact them with the problem. I can't tell you how impressed I was with how they handled it. They responded to my "problem" message within a couple of hours, asking me to send a picture of what I had received. Then, I was included on their correction order message, which was sent within a few hours of their having received my picture. End results: I actually got the correction package faster than I received the first package. I highly recommend this company!”

“Quick in and out. Make sure you already printed a label and affixed it to your package. This access point is inside an auto parts store and they do not have boxes or a way to print your label. They are just a drop off point for a UPS driver to pick up from.”

“Love working with Cheryl! She is so helpful and patient. I was working with downloadable art which was totally out of my comfort zone, and she worked with me every step of the way. She even got a QR code for our wedding invitation and added intertwined rings on the side of it. Super cute! We appreciated her expertise and will always go back for our printing needs!”
