I never give negative reviews but had to today. Absolutely worst customer service. Had my prescription sent via electronically and arrived 15 minutes later. Arrived at 10:40AM and was told they can not fulfill until 12 due to them going on lunch at 11AM. Nobody was there with no one in line. Called customer service number to complain and she even said they absolutely could have filled the meds. It was prepackaged medicine! No way I'm using them again due to the laziness. I would give the lady for Walgreens corporate a 5 star review.

Very difficult to deal with. If you have a drug needed immediately, it takes them a few days or more to either get the drug or fill it. They are always on breaks and not very nice. Hours are limited. I would not continue to go there but because of our insurance we are forced to use their services. There are times I pay of pocket to avoid the hassle and I get my meds from Costco! I have had excellent service from Costco pharmacy.

Anytime I’m feeling a little over confident and have had too many positive human interactions in a day, I head on into the Columbia Walgreens and talk with one of their 2 pharmacists. They are always there to knock me down a peg. Nobody can condescend and make you feel like you are a pathetic waste of space quite like they do. And if you’ve got a sick kid at home and give off the slightest vibe of desperation, oh buddy, they are going to eat you alive. A visit here is like the Seinfeld Soup Nazi episode, only it’s real life and for medicine.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I saw ROACHES crawl across their pharmacy counter. And Never ever let them give you a vaccine, they hit my nerve and seemed very incompetent. The person who gave me my shot didn’t seem concerned about my comfort and said “I’m just worried about not stabbing myself”. They should be confident that will not happen. Are they not well trained? They also took over 30 minutes to figure out my vaccine stuff. An absolute mess. Will never go back.

Disappointed to be left in the pharmacy drive thru so the pharmacy team could take a meal break. Its Not posted in the online hours. The vehicle in front got Waited on, but we were not. No conversation, just a Meal break time sign to be found inside in front of the closed pharmacy window.

Terrible Photo center service. They shouldn't advertise or offer one hour service when it can't be provided. Placed an order on Monday evening and it wasn't even started when I went there at noon on Tuesday to pick up. Of course the guy there working blamed it on the night shift, not sure what he had been doing all morning, definitely not printing pictures because he told me they had 50 orders entered, but the machine wasn't running.

Rude, unkind, hateful Pharmacy staff - consistently awful for years. Zero compassion. Not an ounce of friendliness or professionalism here.My daughter’s insurance mandates Walgreens or WalMart. We just drive to Waterloo Walmart to bypass the Columbia Walgreens but had no choice but for vaccinations but had to use the Walgreens for vaccinations.It was the same duo: the angry-all-the-time blonde & hateful brunette women that have worked there for years (& the reason I eventually changed to CVS)I had the audacity to arrive 7 mins early for our appts.. the blonde berated me for over 8 mins, telling me “the online apts don’t matter” because they don’t factor in how busy the pharmacy staff is (it was 1:30pm & no other customers in sight..) She could have handed me the paperwork clipboard & taken my paperwork back in a fraction of the time she wasted on verbally blasting me (for Walgreens own scheduling practice…)We sat in the chairs to wait & she started slapping her hand on the countertop hissing at me, “I need you up here!!” (For paperwork) She said we’d have to wait at another 30 -45 mins. We waited over an hour.I do not recommend this pharmacy. It’s a consistently awful experience every single time.

the pharmacist there is absolutely awful. she never fails to make you feel like a complete burden when you ask her to do her job by asking about your medication, prescription, or payment methods. it's like she doesn't know what her job is. and she's like this from the moment she answers the phone, ever single time. there is not a more miserable woman on the planet than her.
