I genuinely appreciate them providing emissions testing services but the man working it was extremely rude to me when I asked a question. I didn't say a word the entire time until the end when I asked how long it took for the test to appear on the computer system he told me to stop talking and listen to what he had to say so he could close the garage door because he was cold. He never answered my question...simply told me the test was good for two years.

I have excellent credit and could have paid cash if needed. After I offered asking price and moving forward with a deal, the GM cancelled it because I live out of state and they didn't know how to handle the sales tax, per the sales person. I contacted the state and found it was very easy, one form, and supplied that info to the sales person. She changed up and said that the GM wanted to sell only to locals. Tried to explain that I couldn't find a vehicle in my state, it was between model years so I couldn't order one and was desperate. Nothing. I asked if she, Shana, had explained my situation to the GM or if I could please talk to him to plead my case. She went silent. So I called customer service and asked to speak to the GM and asked what his name was, I was told no to both. Please note that the whole of my conversations were completely respectful on my end. I tried to talk to the most experienced sales person, don't recall his name, and no reply. Okay, fine, don't sell me a truck for cash or with excellent credit, that is between the GM and the owners who I would think would like to move vehicles and not play games. BUT don't disrespect me by going silent. That is flat rude. The number of emails and contacts was less than 10 so it wasn't a case of me overwhelming them and my attitude and demeanor were fully filled with respect.There are a lot of Chevy dealers in this area. I would strongly recommend anyone reading this look elsewhere and don't do business with any George Weber companies.

This is our 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from Weber, and also our 3rd sales consultant we have dealt with. We have had nothing but stellar service each and every time and appreciate everything they do for us. Tony is a class act at shootin you straight and no added b.s! They genuinely care about you as the customer and don't treat you like another number. Highly recommend!

My 2014 Chevy Spark needed a new key fob, which are now discontinued. Thankfully Weber Chevrolet had 1 in stock and I got an appt in a short amount of time. My wait time was under 90 minutes as well. Staff were courteous, waiting area was comfortable and clean, price was very fair, and there was even a docking station to charge my phone! It was a bit of a drive from Belleville but worth it. Any services I require in the future will be done there. As a new resident of Illinois from California it was good to find a place that did such good work.

We love Weber Chevrolet. We just bought our second car from there. We wouldn't go anywhere else. Tony Franks has been wonderful each time we have purchased a car. Everyone there is very helpful. They are willing to take the time that you need to make a decision That is best for you.

2018 Chevy Silverado 86000 miles torque converter was locking up. they had my truck for a week and when I got it back it was doing the same thing after a couple hours of driving it. they did make the call to get it covered by the warranty that expired the day prior. Chevy should be sued over these transmissions in trucks there junk. good news I didn't have to pay out of pocket but still have the same issue which will eventually lead to a total transmission failure. the problem is they won't fix the underlying issues with better parts. they will use oem parts that are junk in the first place and put a bandaid on it.

This was my first time there and i wa blown away with Tim he was nice and polite he pointed out some things that my car needed. And they did a 27 point inspection free of charge i'm so grateful for the care and service this will be the only place i'll take my care from here on out. And the free car wash was awesome and it's on site i highly recommend them even if you don't own a chevy.

I was in the market for a new Silverado Trail Boss. Called and was connected to Richard McCabe. Explained exactly the truck I was interested in and how I'd like to purchase. Within 24 hours, I flew into St Louis, completed the paper work and drove the new Trail Boss home 6 hours. No hassle or games. This was ultimately one of the easiest auto purchases I've ever made. I appreciate the team at Weber Chevrolet.
