No public restrooms. Stopped here on work just to use the restroom and they don’t have one….

Props to Cortland Casey's for donating $5000 to each of two charities from lottery proceed winnings. They donated to DeKalb School District Barb Food Mart and the DeKalb County veterans recognition fund! Way to show community support Caseys!

Shouldn't take 6 minutes at the register

Congratulations to whoever won the Megaball at your location I'm sure they really deserve it. I was hoping that 1 of my $30 tickets would have been enough for me to buy myself a car fix my teeth and help my mom but I guess next time.

It’s always try your card twice.
Rescan the product and try again.
Sometimes the “tap” works. Sometimes not. Sometimes the chip reader works.
Sometimes not. Employees blame the internet.
Thankfully there is another place in town.

Grateful to have a fairly inexpensive gas station in town. Not a bad place to grab beer in a pinch as well (wish the latter were a bit more competitive in prices with grocer stories). Pretty good service.

Don't let these reviews deter you! I 8 months pregnant am in the caseys as I ordered online a pizza and would pay in store, the amazing gal greeted me with a welcome in and when all was done and I was paying she knew of a deal or coupon to help me save money! Which in itself is a beautiful thing! She spent the time trying to help and held the door open with my hands full and asked if I needed help getting to my car.Always love caseys and this is why!

Omg like for real. I look back in the line has 15 people waiting after 2x of using 2 different numbers. I turn and ask if anyone can put their reward number in because it keeps giving me an error. Well no one had a number so aibsaid forget it if you are going to charge me the full price for my drinks and not give me the sale prices because something is wrong. And she chose to say F you to a sale mind you where most item they were being bought were Casey brand items. All I wanted was my 2 waters for 3 something for the sale price putting my Casey number in. She could not over ride it. But makes a huge line loses a sale who knows maybe more some could have left seeing that line ? like really let's lose business but I am still getting paid my hourly or if that's not the case who cares I just lost the business a few bucks. It does not add up. Sad ? No one sees the bigger pictureWell my kid and I will go somewhere else and never stop there for business.

So I gave the taco pizza another try and this will be the last time. Barely any chips which was part of my first complaint, hardly any tomatoes, and no refried beans... tasted like a sausage pizza. I don't understand why it's sooo bad now. Bye Casey's pizza.... When it comes to you I'm going to stick with gas because your pizza sucks!

It’s an older Casey’s, so the store is a little darker and feels dirtier. Also, it seems to be closed at random times that would be normal for a gas station to be open.

I had the best experience there this morning. I’m temporarily disabled but can drive. Noticed I was down to 1/4 of a tank of gas. So I pulled up to the pump at Casey’s and phoned for help. A wonderful young man named James answered, came out to pump my gas, filled the tank and sent me on my way. Oh and we had a pleasant conversation while the tank was filling too. ❤️❤️❤️

Pay the employees more so they’ll actually work for you and not be miserable while they’re there
