“The staff were very nice, the actual work that was done looked great.Just didn't like being misled as to the extent of repairs, only to be treated like I was being dishonest..I have never been in any prior accidents in this vehicle,and had no knowledge of the tail gate ever being off of my truck.. Evidently I was lied to by Clement Dodge Ram in Columbia, Illinois when I purchased the truck.I will say thanks for the touch up paint, because wether you believe it or not ,the ding on the front of the passenger side rear door,was part of the damage that was part of the claim.. Also would have noticed it if they had buffed out the door.I touched it up myself instead of debating it.Next time I will y Shure to have everything in writing before committing to repairs.. Just seemed more worried about maxing out the charges to insurance company, but doing minnimul work, for it... Like I said before though,the actual work done looked great, just didn't like renegotiating what was actually going to get done, until I had already committed to car rental ,and dropped my truck off... That's when everything changed...No longer willing to do other repairs that was verbally agreed to... Wasn't going to give a review, because I am not one for negative remarks, but five days in a row with these damn survey requests...... Enough Already....”
“Well as we were headed out of town to get our daughter her first car, my husband hit a deer full throttle on the highway in his new car. We took it to Kenny’s and it came back looking way better than before. Lights are bomb and the entire front end is way better. Thank you Kenny for doing a great job.”
