Love Greg and the clerks! UPDATE SINCE GREG AND PAM LEFT, THE MOST UNPLEASANT MANAGER I'VE EVER SEEN IN RETAIL, SHE DOESN'T WELCOME HER CUSTOMERS, SHE'S LAZY, AND THE STORE IS A TOTAL MESS, THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING AND WHAT THEY DO HAVE, THE SHELVES ARE A COMPLETE MESS! ALL THE FACES ARE NEW, AND THEY GO THRU HELP LIKE CRAZY AND WE ALL KNOW WHY!!! SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE STOPPED SHOPPING IN COULTERVILLE DUE TO ALL OF THIS! Y'ALL NEED TO RECONSIDER WHO YOU PUT IN THE MANAGERS POSISITION CAUSE THIS ONE HAS TO BE THE WORSE CHOICE EVER!!! ALL THE GOOD HELP IS GONE AND I CAN'T SAY THAT I BLAME THEM FOR LEAVING COULTERVILLE'S DOLLAR GENERAL! SAD!

Lazy, inconsiderate, and heartless manager. Elisha was the worst thing to ever happen to this store. Would not recommend going here in a hurry since it takes the manager 20 minutes just to get out of the chair.

The manager is very rude & unwilling to help employees. The store is a disaster, probably from them being so short staffed & the manager never coming in to help cover. She leaves 1 single employee in the store for over 6 hours by themselves. If this could be less than 1 star, it would be. Dont recommend shopping here anymore. All other employees are great, but the manager sucks! ?

I was one of the employees I get called in on my days off and when she doesn't want to come in say seems like Alicia does not want to work she talks behind her employees about everybody that's working and she talks about the employees to each other employees and then each employees come to each other employees tell us what she said and to the employees have special needs and she doesn't want to come in and work at night like she's supposed to as a manager because that is what the headquarters wanted her to do so she gets on to us because we're not working fast enough and we're not making the customers happy.

The manager there was very pleasant and social. Corrected the sale price without hesitation when the register did not ring up correctly. He made the experience at his store worth returning to shop again.

Stores always seem to be a big mess, but at least they usually have what I am looking for, they will help you find it and you do not have to fight crowds OR check yourself out. Having check out people is something you don't miss until they are gone.

The variety of decorations they are putting out, now, after christmas are just as amazing as before Christmas. I love the new stuff they are selling. We really need the experience of beauty to decorate our homes right now, during this covid mess. It makes me smile and appreciate being home, in my safe place. Thank you DOLLAR GENERAL
