“I had a set of tires put on this evening.
I ordered the tears and made the appointment online.
When I arrived today, it was really backed up.
I waited a little bit to get greeted, because it seems everyone that was there was busy in the garage.
I learned that that they were short staffed.
No one was standing aroun.. The three people that were there were really working hard
There were quite a few customers waiting. When a gentleman named Henry came out of the back.. A very loud and rude customer basically verbially attacked him.
I do not know how Henry he maintained his composure at that moment.
That customer wanted him to engage with him....BUT HE DID NOT!!!!
I left my car there and returned once I got the notice, my car was complete. Mind you this was 8 pm!!!!!!! I am positive. They went way longer than their shift required.
I introduced myself to Henry..
I told him that I witnessed that customer pushed every button he had. I told him what an amazing job he did!!
Not only understaffed overbooked, but getting verbally assaulted by customers and still staying calm??!!!
Walmart you better give henry a raise... You certainly don't want to lose him!”
