Chase, you need to add more ATM machines in the lobby if you are going to continue to remove all of the tellers from the front. The personal bankers are great once you find "one" who is available.

The drive through line is always slow and full, but besides that it's really not all bad as long as the machines are not down, most of the employees are good and very helpful.
