“I had a set of tires put on this evening.
I ordered the tears and made the appointment online.
When I arrived today, it was really backed up.
I waited a little bit to get greeted, because it seems everyone that was there was busy in the garage.
I learned that that they were short staffed.
No one was standing aroun.. The three people that were there were really working hard
There were quite a few customers waiting. When a gentleman named Henry came out of the back.. A very loud and rude customer basically verbially attacked him.
I do not know how Henry he maintained his composure at that moment.
That customer wanted him to engage with him....BUT HE DID NOT!!!!
I left my car there and returned once I got the notice, my car was complete. Mind you this was 8 pm!!!!!!! I am positive. They went way longer than their shift required.
I introduced myself to Henry..
I told him that I witnessed that customer pushed every button he had. I told him what an amazing job he did!!
Not only understaffed overbooked, but getting verbally assaulted by customers and still staying calm??!!!
Walmart you better give henry a raise... You certainly don't want to lose him!”

“When I discovered I had a flat, I first called the place where I’d bought this discount tire. Not at all encouraged by the “bring it in, we’ll get to it, after our other appointments” - I called the guys I trust. I was SO HAPPY when Dave answered my call. I was even MORE DELIGHTED when he was able to tell me (in less than 20 minutes, I think), that there was nothing wrong with the tire (phew!), but the tire stem had gone bad. It was fixed in about 45 minutes total, and the cost was small enough for me to pay cash. I couldn’t recommend a small business any more highly: it you need or have an issue with your tires, DE RE TIRES in Orland Hills IS THE PLACE TO GO. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“Brandon was the professional that helped me this morning. When I pulled in he quickly greeted me and I guess since it was such a muggy morning he offered me a cold bottle of water. And I said can I get an oil change. He said yes so they started doing what they do but I wanted to know the price and Brandon works on the price after I give him the information requested but before he has the price he tells me “you know oil changes done went up” I’m thinking to myself “well if I don’t like the price that I hear then I will just go to another “ but honestly I didn’t want to go to another I just wanted 1-2-3?✨?have a nice day✌?Obviously Brandon could feel that I would leave if I didn’t like the price so he said I’m gone take care of you but I notice they already working and Brandon says ma’am Everything will be Ok then he gives me my price and then he tells me I should have my filter changed once every year and shows me mine I really didn’t want to spend the extra money but Brandon let me know how Important it is to change your filter because It’s gone make a difference on your gas he informed me that I would be able to get more out of my gas. And with the way gas prices are I need everything to squeeze all possible out of every gallon that go into my car. All in all I had a quick informative experience that was affordable and important for my car. And no Brandon I was not gone curse you out if I didn’t like the price I was gone respectfully decline the service and go to another. I’m glad you help me I was very pleased you are a very handsome young man who knows his stuff I will return and recommend ??”
