“I cannot find the words to express my gratitude, appreciation and pure joy I have for everyone at my Walmart pharmacy!!Manny the pharmacist is simply best and amazing. As they say you are only as good as your leader . Well his staff exemplify the same excellent service. I have a Walgreen’s literally next door to me on 183 Pulaski as well as 24 hour one in Olympia Fields on Governor HWY . The 24 hour one is absolutely horrible. The one on Governors HWY was the reason I transferred from Walgreens to Walmart. The quality of care , professionalism and compassion was day and night. This included the pharmacist and the techs . Walgreens could use some customer service training tips from Pharmacist Manny and his Pharm Tech starting with you can see a smile through the sound of one’s voice over the phone ;acceptable empathy is a kind act and they both are free of charge . A simple act of kindness ensures a happy customer as well as a faithful customer returning.”
