I was just there walked up to the Pharmacy to my surprise they had clairitin D. I was rudely told we're closed! Oh, what time do you close? 7 o'clock, so I look at my phone it just turned 7. Really? In the passed several months they haven't even had it in stock... Last year they wouldn't sell it to me saying the state won't let me because it was too soon between purchases. The states computer is messed up, blah blah... The fact was it was there computer and they were telling everyone that. I'd just go down the street and get it from Walgreens for a few dollars more. I don't know what the manager is thinking but if it were up to me they'd all be looking for a new job...

Really disappointed in WalMart placed a delivery order a they delivered it to the wrong house. Called and kept sending me to customer service but never talked to anyone . Called a few tines employees picks up phone and hang up. So unprofessional as much food cost now they are pla games. If you do not want to work, why I get a job specially, with people. My family and I will most definitely find somewhere else to shop. Walmart lost a customer.

I was there today at 7:20 pm . While at checkout I used three forms of payments cash, gift card, walmart pay. The system was taking forever to process and I asked for help . The workers there near the self checkout that were supposed to be assisting were standing there gossiping and when the worker MAKAILA finally came over she said, "give it five more minutes " so eventually I got tired of waiting . I called them over again she asked the other worker with a PINK sweater and the woman just looked at me and continued with they're conversation . I asked them to void the transaction and the woman with the PINK sweater was like I can voided and re scan everything on your own so I'm like it's fine but what about my gift card she said it will give it ten minutes so she voided it didn't give me my $22 back kept them and when I tried to use my Walmart Gift card at another self check out it didn't work . And I asked makaila and the pink woman that looked like a toothpick with lice or something cause she kept tapping and snaking her head . Anyways she rolled her eyes and was like "omg what does she want know" so I told her that's exactly how I feel omg . So another man steps in to "help" and I asked for a manager the manager took forever and when he or she I couldn't tell the gender it had a big gap on his teeth and was holding a Starbucks drink he went to the costumer next to me that asked for help after I had asked for assistance . And he did that on purpose so he said yes ma'am I'm a very sarcastic way he ended up being no help and walked away saying you have to call the number on the gift card . He/ she was probably racist towards Hispanics since he was very nice to the other African American costumer. Don't go to this location if your Hispanic they're racist

This store had the worst pickup I've ever experienced. They apparently change the parking for pickup at their whim. It was on the side, then in the front and now back on the side. I went into the store for faster pickup rather than continuing to drive around the parking lot. After walking from one end of the store to the other and back, I was eventually told I had to park on the side and call in my parking spot. I called three times before getting an answer. They couldn't find the order. Then I was told I had picked it up. I went back into the store, went to the department and got a replacement item, took it to the pickup area to have them bag the item and, you won't believe this, my original item was sitting on the shelf all the time. This was an entire waste of 2 and 1/2 hours of my time. Walmart, do better.

Manager - Roy Curtains stocked on shelf for $7.98. 3rd time in the store and alerting clerk and management of the sale price listed above curtains. Store manager (Roy) refused to sell curtains at the listed sale price. He offered to sell one pane for the listed price and the other for 20.97, claiming that it was store policy - Not true.

I was at the Country Club Hills Wal-Mart this morning, close to the opening hours of the store. There appeared to be one person checking out large orders, and the balance of the customers were told to use the self-help cash registers which was okay in the case of small orders, less okay for folks with large orders. There did not appear to be a manager or assistant manager present to ensure that things went smoothly as the store opened up. The person in charge of the self-help cash registers assisted me as she had time, and that was appreciated. Offhand if shopping here I would check at the outset to determine whether there are enough staff at the cash registers and other front of the store personnel and a manager present before commencing shopping here until this get resolved.

Absolutely the worst. After checking in via the app I called the number in the sign. After another 15 min I see two employees bring an order for another car that arrived at least 15 min after I did. After calling a few more times with each being told we'll be right out I refreshed the app and it says my order has been picked but I'm still waiting. Absolute worst curbside and half my items were missing.

Last Sunday December 29th around 7:30pm/8:00p , I went to Walmart with my family to buy some brand new offices machines, Christmas things and groceries. We stopped at the electronics department and I asked for help to get few items locked and a lady who was passing by told me that she's going to get the person with the keys, around 15 minutes later other costumers were showing up also for assistance and I saw another staff member and I ask him for the person that's is in charge it took 30 minutes total to the person with the at the electronics department to show up, some other is timers were swearing and acting inappropriately, I was remaining calm. The staff member (excuse me I'm not familiarized with the name) is Onnesey Clay or Osseney Clay, she brought me so much badly attitude, she talked to me like I'm a stupid person comparing some earbuds to headphones items and she was almost on a position squaring up at me, raising the voice indirectly like a fight position and I asked to pay the items right there she said no, I'll bring them to the from checks. This person tried to take it on me after others costumers were saying at her. First of all it was not my problem and I believe if a staff member it's working it should be there for the costing doing something simple which is their job without attitude, disposability and respect. After another 15 minutes the staff with the last name Clay she never brought the items and we were still waiting it was like holding some grudges act, I asked to speak with the store manager, the manager in charge of the supervisor a tall Afroamerican male provided me info stating that no body was there but he was the manager in charge, he went to get the stuff from the electronics and he said that I can contact the store manager by the phone on my ticket. The thing here is that staff like this lady last named Clay is not appropriated for a costumer service just imagine how it could be for other people it could mistreating or almost assaulting a costumers just because she was not doing her job not even present the department for over 30 minutes a bunch of costumers and taking the time of the life!

Their service is horrible. They are the worst. They shorted me 60 days of a 90 day prescription. When I found out the error 30 days in, they told me they would make it right. I go there 24 hours later to pick up the shortage, and they don't have it ready. Like my time isn't worth anything! 20 minutes later they finally made it right. Really bad experience

Changed their hours but didn't bother to take 5 minutes to change their hours online. No longer 24 hours. Don't open till 7am. Well I gotta be your work at 7am. Won't be shopping here ever.

If I could give this Walmart a 0 I would! The store is filthy and reeks! I asked the cashier what the smell was, and she said the bathrooms! This Walmart is deplorable!
