“I came in to get interior of the car detailed as a birthday present to my mom. Before the visit I called and spoke to Joe (the owner) on the phone. Joe was very friendly and respectful, explained all of the options and pricing. The team did a great job on the car, it looks brand new, despite being a 2017 model that has never been detailed before. When we came in Joe and his team had just gotten pizza for dinner (it was almost closing time) and they offered us some. Definitely a friendly vibe, we had a nice conversation. Joe showed us the car, made sure that we were completely satisfied before we checked out. My mom was VERY happy with the car, it was exactly what she wanted. Thanks Joe, we will be back! P.S. I forgot to take pictures right away, so we have already used the car a bit. It was actually even cleaner then these pictures show.”

“I always appreciate any business (or person) that delivers exactly what they are supposed to deliver. Wash Inn has taken care of multiple vehicles for me over the last couple years. They truly treat every one of my vehicles equally, from the luxury to my tried and true every day ride or die Camry. The details matter at this spot. I believe the prices are more than reasonable, especially considering this is a true hand wash joint. I've gotten the clay bar and wax and they also wash my car that has a ceramic coat. At this point, I've dealt with everyone there. They are all great and knowledgeable. To me, great customer service is not kissing my ass, it's delivering the product that I am paying for in a a timely and professional manner. Car washing is not rocket science...and yet, so many places don't get it right. This place consistently does. I will say, sometimes wait times can be a little lengthy (typically each car is 20-30min depending on your service and yet in 2 yrs its never taken me longer than 15min to get in the wash bay), but I assure you, you will be hard-pressed to find better anywhere in the near or far area. Weekends are expectedly busier than a weekday. Our vehicles are huge investments, this place will absolutely treat them a such.”

They charged way more & the quality of the cleaning was way less. The prices here are very fair & Tuesdays are ladies day so I got $4 off the #2 car wash! I took my car in a sad mood because I did not think my car seats, badly stained and smeared with nacho cheese, could be saved anymore. They were in very bad shape and appearance. I NEVER thought they could look decent again. My car needed good cleaning.
BUT for only 90 dollars, a great price which included an indoor shine and clean, a full removal of stubborn stains from the car seating, and a full exterior car wash the workers here performed a miracle of a job well-done. I could NOT believe my eyes. The car seats look NEW and cleaner than ever. I am happy. I would give 100 perfect stars if I could.”

“These are real professionals.
I was a little disappointed they they refused to fix a leaky trunk on my very old and very rusty car. But they were honest in their opinion that a proper repair would have been much more costly than the value of the car. They could have easily done a poor repair and charged me a bunch of money. But they valued their integrity more than their profits. I trust them now because I know they won't charge me for work when they don't believe they can provide good value.
They gave me 4 free minutes of their time to outline some quick diy repairs that I could do to hold me over until I buy a new car: tighten the trunk latch, sit in the trunk with a flashlight while a garden hose sprays the car to find leaks, etc.”

They treated us like legacy clients instead and so that really made our entire situation much more enjoyable. Plus, they even provided updated text messages on the progress of my vehicle and when it should be complete, so there was no worries at all throughout the whole process. Very transparent. “I recently visited Francias car wash and I had an amazing experience. Even on a busy Saturday at 1pm, they were able to get my car in and out in just 30 minutes. The quality of their work was outstanding! As a busy volleyball mom, my car looks so good that I would even give my boss a ride in it. The car smells great without any overpowering scents, and they even gave me 2 complimentary air refreshers. The attention to detail is impressive, with the outside of the car looking perfectly shiny and the wheels and rims spotless. The interior feels like it's brand new.
